Hi I’m new to group, have a question, I had my surgery on the 18th February to remove 3/4 of my large bowel due to tumour, doctors said results should be back roughly in 2 weeks, however still waiting over 3 weeks, is this normal ?

I totally agree with Corporal J. Results should be in after 2 weeks of surgery and shared with you within just a few days from then.
A slight delay (upto a werk) can happen if your hospital's MDT meetings (usually just once per week) fall a day before your pathology results are in.
Definitely recommend contacting your colorectal nurse team to chase and get timeline.
