Hi all my names Sam I lost my mum last year on 1st March after a horrific battle with bowel cancer plus secondary cancers which followed .We are approaching the 1st Anniversary on March 1st which I'm apsolutley dreading as I'm not coping too well at the minute with grief everyday I have a little cry but as time is getting g closer i feel more anxious .Could anybody give me advice on tips to work through for help with this .thank you Sam
