Hi Mike and a warm welcome to the board. You sound to have a tough time post op and now another difficult situation with the news about your dog. Is there some treatment available?
Please give our support desk a ring on the number below? They will be able to advise you on your financial situation and there is also free counselling sessions available from bupa which may help you with the ptsd side of things?
Take care
