There’s some great tips on this post
I had no problems though I didn’t have a long haul. Spain and Ireland. I drank lots of water and didn’t eat whilst travelling
I bought a larger flight bag that fitted on top of my cabin bag. I wore dark clothing and packed spare everything including clothes. In that bag. I had a leaflet to show that I had medical supplies and had no problems my cabin bag was discreetly checked which was no problem
I had a box of pouches in my cabin bag and two in my hold bag so as you can tell I packed twice more than I needed then doubled it. I was worried my hold stock would go missing I came back with most but felt really confident.
You enjoy your travels
Ann
