Hi Tony1960
I totally agree with you it’s so worrying I can empathise with you. I was frightened of the MRI let alone the colonoscopy.
Please stay away from the internet it’s not helpful
Just concentrate on you Let the medics deal with anything they find.
I watched easy TV and ate things I liked I put it into a box in my head and pushed it to the back.
I listened to apps on my phone mindfulness, hypnosis I tried all types which did help.
Talk here if it helps
Take care
Ann
Hi Tony1960
I found going out and doing as many of the things i loved or had been dreaming of doing helped.
If you need treatment in months ahead it can be time consuming, so now is your time to focus on you, fill up your optimism tanks and live life to the max.
And the added bonus, your mind feels so busy it forgets to worry about the MRI.
