Does it mean I have cancer if my fit stool test came back positive?

I think the last time I looked only around 10% of positive stool

samples were actually cancer thankfully. Other conditions can cause bleeding but  it’s really important to get it fully checked out . 
Bowel cancer caught early has many treatment options .
