Hi friends,
I would love your thoughts on intervention medicine. Did any of you use a Dr. For this while having chemotherapy? Are there any benefits? Like vit C IVS, IPT therapy ect… I’m reading a book How to Starve Cancer it has alot of really good info kind of overwhelmingly but very insiteful. Thanks!
Hi Momof4
Sorry I’m of no use with chemo advice but like you I like to research all aids to the fight.
When I asked my anaesthetist if I could have Milk Thistle after my op (recommended by my daughter). Fran my anaesthesia looked eye to eye , “ That’s for the Liver isn’t it? Hocus pocus isn’t it?” I really laughed and liked her. She amazed me because although it was for the liver which I knew as it was for my husband. She knew what it was for. So maybe she had checked it out too
Stay as healthy as you can mentally and physically. If you fancy a special treat meal. You have it

Hi
If you’re planning on doing any additional stuff while having chemotherapy, please tell your doctor. There are things which can interact with chemotherapy and are not recommended so it’s always best to run things by your team.
