I just wanted to say hello. I have not had a diagnosis yet but am waiting for more tests and am really struggling with the whole waiting and worries .
Hi newbie123, my husband is having tests in the week. If I said I wasn’t scared for him I’d be lying. He has FL - B cell follicular lymphoma non Hodgkin, 8 years now. I’m not very up on bowel cancer, except to say I have done some reading and it would appear that surgery is common with this cancer.
Good luck with everything
Hi
Welcome to the forum . Sorry to hear about your husband. Sounds as though he has already been through a lot . Bowel cancer caught early is very treatable . We are certainly here to support you both should the need arise .
My own mum’s bowel settled quite quickly after surgery and on the whole behaves .
Take care ,

Hi Newbie123
It’s a frightening time waiting for results and treatment if needed. There’s lots of different types of treatment for the individual person. So please don’t worry about an operation yet. It will depend on if it’s cancer and the best way to treat it.
Have you had a colonoscopy?
Ann
