Hello , I'm on my 3rd session of immunotherapy and very thankful for the advice and care I'm getting but am struggling with the body numbing fatigue. After being an active 70yr old I now seem permenatly exhausted, I still try and walk every day but my umph has gone and I fall asleep at the drop of a hat . My Dr says if it continues they will need to lower the dosage which I'm hoping to avoid Soo does anyone have any advice on how to pick up my energy levels please , I don't want to roller blade lol but a perk up would be wonderful. I hope everyone is having a gentle day x
Hi Africa 1, I have had very little fatigue. When I have my treatment and the day or 2 later I do feel fatigued, so them days I just rest. On the 7th I'll be having my 21st round. All I can really is eat a good diet and rest when your body needs too. Keep talking to your team. Don't worry if treatment dosage is lowered, you'll still be treated. I hope this fatigue is sorted out for you, do let us no how you are doing. Thinking of you. Stay positive, it does help. Take care
