  • Hi Munchkins,

I know how you feel. My husband has just been diagnosed with bowel cancer after getting through throat cancer 14 years ago. Then there was very little information around and no places to chat like this. I felt very responsible, but had virtually nobody to help when things went wrong.(which they did) This time I have decided, and told him, I am NOT battling along on my own. I joined this group and contacted the CNS with several questions I had. I am determined to do this irrespective of what he says. Its us that have to stand by and worry!! xxx

  • Some great points there from.  . You could phone our helpline staff on 0808 808 0000 confidentially or get someone else to do it to get some advice about the blood aspect ! Its a medical issue that does require medical intervention but he still has some control over that about where and when he gets this help ! They could chat this all through with you and support you as you shoulder this responsibility.

We are here anytime you need a chat ! That’s what we are here for !
