Really sorry to hear that ! If you don’t get help getting on top of it through your GP / oncologist you can ask to be referred to a pain clinic on the NHS where it is ran by anaesthetists . They are good at getting on top of break through pain that surfaces as one drug wears off !
The other people that are particularly skilled in that area are the drs located in Hospices ! They may have day services to look at getting medication right !
You are correct to seek help with it !
