Mom was diagnosed last week with Stage 4 colon cancer that has spread she’s got poorly really quickly and keeps being sick - it’s inoperable and feel so sad and helpless, she’s back in hospital and we can’t even see her, just don’t know what to do she seems so young at 75 x how does anyone get through the days I’m finding it really hard
Hi
I am so sorry to read about your mum . I think it’s so sad you can’t get in to see her at hospital . That is heartbreaking.
If you would like our helpline staff would be more than happy to chat this very difficult stage through with you in person . It’s completely confidential and they are very experienced in this area . 0808 808 0000.
They might also be able to point you to resources that might be helpful.
Others will hopefully pop on and support you too .
Sending much love ,
Court
