Hello , I’m so sorry for your loss. Grief is such a painful journey and my heart goes out to you. I know there is nothing I can say to help you feel better but I just wanted you to know you’ve been heard here.
Perhaps a little more helpfully, do you know there is a forum here dedicated for people who have lost loved ones and who are grieving? Support from a like-minded community might help to ease your pain a little at this time and even be more helpful over the longer term.
If you think this might be helpful for you, click on the ‘Groups’ tab that you will see in the options under ‘Online Community’ at the top of this page. This will take you to a list of groups and top of that list is ‘Cancer Experiences’. You will find the bereavement group in that list.
In my thoughts,
Deb
