My husband has rectal cancer had radiotherapy last October just had Tamis procedure a week ago since this procedure he has been very poorly not eating just sleeping and looks terrible with constant diaoraeh so bad he's having to wear nappies.

I'm so worried

Welcome to the forum but I can sense you are very concerned about your husband . I have enclosed an NHS booklet and it seems to suggest you get back in touch with the hospital if patients appear unwell . We always recommend to err on the side of caution especially where infections are a possibility.
We are obviously not medically able to say on the forum but our helpline staff are in a position to assist . 0808 808 0000. They would be more than happy to talk it through with you . You always have the hospital unit and NHS 111 if you are very concerned.

My own view is your concerned it’s sufficient to check it out even just to get reassurance.
