I am now into my fourth week after having a right hemicoleptomy. I have stated getting some strong constipation, and it’s very uncomfortable. It’s usually come after a while, but there is some blood. I have checked and it’s only from the outside, so i think I have burst a capillary.
Has anyone got any tips on softening my poop?
