Bluecrest vs NHS qFIT Test

Hi all, first time post here.

Myself & my wife had an opportunity to take a Bluecrest Health Screening recently and decided to do so as we’re both now in the 50-55 age range.
The qFit Test portion of mine came back with a result of 26.4 ug/g and a ‘amber’ flag on their system stating further attention required if experiencing certain symptoms.
It then lists symptoms, none of which I am experiencing.
By complete coincidence I was sent an NHS test a couple of weeks later. Which I duly took care of & sent back. Good chance for a second opinion here I thought.
The NHS test came back as ’Normal - No further action’, which is presumably as their own threshold for determining a positive result is set at 120 ug/g (as I understand).
Based on the above, should I be following up on Bluecrest result in any capacity?
I know the score is low but it's been on my mind to ask opinion here before considering taking things further.
Thanks in advance for any replies.
