Hi all
i hope everyone is coping with the challenges they are going through.
last May I had surgery to remove a tumour from my colon followed by capox (yuk) I had stage 3 cancer.
it’s my first year review end of May , what a year it’s been. I’m feeling slightly anxious about it all.
Anyone going through the same, would be interesting to know coping strategies
thanks
Hi NickyP Yes it’s always stressful coming up to reviews but each clear scan puts the worry a little bit further back in your mind. I’ve attached a couple of links that might help?
Hope these help and please let us know how you get on?
Take care

Just wondered if you had read this article . A lot of people have found it helpful after the treatment has actually stopped but still being monitored.
Take care and all the very best .
