It’s summer time and the Scottish Schools are out in some areas !
Looking forward to seeing all your summer projects /activities big or small . It matters when navigating treatment and recovery .
Have a good day .

The kids are just leaving the beach here . I think they have swapped round to the evening which makes sense . A breeze coming through now .
We are nothing like the temperatures down south but my parents are struggling away ! Thinking of you melting Kareno62 Think you picked the right approach .
Hope it cools a little for you .

Sunrise at 4 am . Just taking sunset !
The car got up to 32 but quickly came back down !
Hope it’s not too rough a night ,

It’s horrendous in the South so hot and sticky.
I can not believe there’s people piled on a beach under umbrellas in the UK.
It struck me as funny when a typical family holiday was me and the family huddled under an umbrella because of the rain and wind.
Night times are awful however my poor brother lives in Spain which is normally amazing but hes having hormonal treatment for Prostate Cancer.
Hot flushes all night.
Hope everyone is cooler than I am at this moment.
Take care tomorrow. It’s going to be even hotter x
Ann
Been very hot here last two days today it was 35 degrees and very humid. Tonight it dropped to 31 at nine pm now at 23.15 it’s 27 degrees…that’s in the northwest of England.
spent time indoors most of day, this evening though went dancing as our last meeting until sept we managed a few dances as air conditioned room, but oh boy did it hit us again when we got outside..stay safe everyone x
. I am with you Artsie . Spent a few family holidays with wet suits on just to keep warm on the beach !
That sounds tough for your brother . One at a time is bad enough but the heat and raging hormones is too much .
Think it’s going to be a long night !
process such strange weather . Just as I was going to bed we got some rain !
Take care ,
