Encorafenib and Cetuximab

Hi all

We recently found out my mum hadn’t responded well to capox chemo so has been moved onto encorafenib and cetuximab as she has the BRAF gene.

Has anyone else been on this combination?

I’m hoping for some positive stories to share with my mum. Or any tips to prepare and handle any side effects.

    I think that was one arm of the Beacon trial for Braf mutations. I think one of the other arms had a third agent added .

    I can’t quite remember the name of the third agent but you might like to have a look at that .
