Hi . Have a look at the link below then if you’ve any particular questions then please ask. It’s a much smaller operation than the LAR but you still need to be careful with your diet for a few days after. You will not go back to how things used to be but will eventually settle into a new normal. The first few months can be trying but stick with it as things can improve for up to 2 years.

Thanks so much for that .. they didn’t tell me and it was a bit of a surprise .. i tried to think of what on earth id eaten .. and had drunk some prosecco the night before but there was such a lot !
