It’s cooler here today Moi2 . Might get out for a walk . Currently replacing the de king ourselves and it was just too hot for that kind of job !

Tierdness is an effect of chemotherapy. I've never felt so debilitated, sitting and lying on the couch, not having enough mental/physical energy to make a cup of tea. I finished chemotherapy 3 weeks ago but still feel tired from time to time.

Too hot for me, just been swimming in the outdoor pool. The water was too hot! It was lovely though.

Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!

Sounds good !seaspirit44 My son was saying the water is warm too whilst paddle boarding ! Can’t quite imagine that !
