Happy bank holiday weekend! Hope your getting some sun and family time over the weekend !

My Saturday morning walking buddy !

Take care everyone ,

Court

  • Gorgeous walking buddy Court! Here is mine, little Phoebe rescued from Romania.

  • What a great dog ! I bumped into a lady a few years ago and she had a rescue dog from Romania too . I thought it was amazing that this dog was now settled with such caring owners after such a difficult start in life .

Are you an experienced dog owner ? She was and said she had to work through some behavioural issues to start with but the dog was really adjusted and happy now .
Such a wonderful thing for you to do . I had never heard of it before that .

  • We haven't had a dog for years Court but we have been very lucky with this little one, all she wants is affection.  Such a sweetheart.   We have had her a couple of months and she is so good for me too, stays glued to my side if I am having a rough day Cupid

  • That is really beautiful. What a lovely wee dog ! That is so amazing that they can sense that and respond! Better than some humans Grinning
I have to say I am totally taken with my sisters Dog ! I love the affection . Ha .

He won me over very quickly !
    Have a good evening .

  • Wow beautiful photo's, where in Scotland is this Court? My family are in the Black Isle and Fort William.

  • Beautiful,  envious! We just seem to be having rain. From the driest April, we must be close to having the wettest May! And all the blossom, and trees are so late this year. Need some warmth now so the grass grows so everyone can get lots of hay!

  • The Black Isle is beautiful . It has been a while since I was last there but one place I would like to visit again soon . We went for a drive the other night so it of the Isle of Arran from two different beaches along the coast of Troon ! It was looking very pretty !

We have had a very wet and cold May too with a harsh frost lasting much later than usual. However the last few days have had some sunshine and a little warmer which is very welcome . It is only on the forum I realise how behind our plants are in general ! But still lovely to see the colour return . I have been enjoying a bit of planting !

  • Hi  How are you doing? Saw you’d said hello on another post but thought I’d reply on here. I’m getting a bit fed up of all this rain now aren’t you? It’s seems quite random though - I sit watching it lash the windows and my husband comes home having worked a few miles away and had nothing!? He’s currently ripping out the bathroom and capped off the wrong pipe so when he turned the water back on....See no evilyes you’ve guessed it - water running down the walls inside as well as outside now! Thinking of moving into the summer house with a glass, ok bottle, of wine this weekend See no evil x

  • Hi Karen good for you hope you enjoy it. My husband is not at all great at DIY. I worked in a school and. A teacher needed a builder and heard my husband was. I just laughed and said what bodge the builder. But can’t complain he has always seen supportive. I’m in London and over the last few days it been thunder, hailstones and rain. Lovely xx
