Be glad when Saturday over prep day tomorrw getting more anxious each day can’t take any diazepam for anxiety after tomorrw due to getting something in Iv sedation and working myself up agsin worrying I won’t be able to go threw with it

hate the waiting in room on my own and having gown. On knowing what going to happen I would always have had my husband with me to wait without anyone my anxiety gets worse

How do you calm your anxiety I have trued every app but nothing works I dint want to be on diazapsn after Friday as find it makes me tired aLl the time aM hoping I get enigh sedation to get the procedure done

Hello Crabagh, I did take about 7 mgs of diazepam a day, but I wouldn’t go any higher. Started to get off them but on anti depressants. . I have phoned the Macmillan support line a lot. I do think like you being diagnosed and treatment due in Covid has made things worse. No outlet. Hope everything goes well for you. Sending hugs x
