Just checking to see if we are all finding our way around the site .
I have been through a few platform changes over the years here and it always takes me time to adjust .

Hope you are all ok and keeping well .

Hi Karen, Seaspirit and of course Court. Things are looking a little better over here ie no more orange haired clown. They have botched this pandemic so badly it’s actually hard to really believe. I’ve finally been able to get my first shot. Scans keep showing spots in lungs, but nothing to drastic at the moment. I sincerely hope you’re all doing well.

  • . Hi Tony - so good to hear from you again - ‘spoke’ to Dom the other day on the other board - he’s doing ok. I always think of you when I remember the ‘this too shall pass’ mantra. Was hoping for a colonoscopy to mark my 4 year anniversary but things like that seem to be still on hold so hopefully everythings still ok. I had my jab yesterday - arm feels ok but head feels like I’ve had an all day session in the pub - if only!

    Stay safe and well

I do remember the slight headache but that was all I’ve read over and over again about more reactions on second shot. I’ve gotten the Moderna vaccine. Never thought anyone would be hoping for colonoscopy lol such is our lives now.

  • Hello

You were on my mind the other day . So pleased to hear you are doing well and had your vaccine . My parents got the Oxford one . Although my mum had exposure to covid . She had covid toes but no other signs so who knows . It has given them much hope and encouragement.

Do pleased to hear your lungs continue to scan well . So reassuring.

Its been a cold winter here this year but looking forward to Spring .

if you are in touch with Dom again tell him we miss him but delighted he is doing well . He kept us entertained for sure .

  • Hello , lovely to hear from you and glad you are doing well and had your vaccine.

Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!

  • , glad you had your vaccine,,and that you have been in touch with Dom. I miss his entertaining posts too.

, how did your mum get in contact with COVID ?. I heard from someone in the breast group that her 90 year old mum tested positive after having had the vaccine, but had no symptoms whatsoever!

  • Hi

My sister did not realise she had it and was out for coffee with her . Even had her in the car . She developed covid toes a few days later as did I and my son ! But no other symptoms ! So strange !
