Hi everyone I had an extended right hemi in March 2025 and then 6 months of CAPOX after they did histology as I had 5 out of 33 lymph nodes affected and the tumour was T4a. At the time of diagnosis a cyst was found on my liver but they were not too sure about it so did CT scans with contrast and monitored it. April 2026 I had a colonoscopy and CT with contrast and it was all clear NED. I just had an ultrasound to check pelvis and abdomen as I had some anemia again and they wanted to check if any reason for my heavy periods. The radiologist said she could see another lesion on my liver which is 1.9mm and ill defined and in segment viI but seems to be more on the surface? I had this done overseas so I’m trying to contact the NHS to see if this was evident in April? Can something grow and appear that quick in 5 months. Obviously I’m beside myself with worry thinking it’s a recurrence and I can’t stop crying. I know I need to wait and have an MRi but we booked a holiday as a treat after everything that happened and was due to go on Friday and now I just can’t think straight.
