I finished my chemo end of may,I still have numb and tingling feet ,I’m told this is nerve damage, can anyone help with what I’m supposed to do to relieve the symptoms, and how long this will last.thanks
Hi Map I’m afraid it’s hard to predict how long it will last - my feet feel like they're permanently sunburnt and a bit numb and that’s 9 years after finishing chemo. I’ve attached a link to a post with some helpful exercises and you could also type neuropathy in the search box at the top of the page then filter it for bowel posts - it’s a common side effect so there’s lots of posts but no magic cure I’m afraid
