Hi all-
My initial imaging backed staging was T1-2 N1M0. I did additional MRI that showed N0. Based on this my surgeon offered local excision - TAMIS.
Pathology from TAMIS came back with LVI positive. Now they are asking me to do LAR.
Did anyone here went through the process of local excision first and then chemo radiation? What are the success rates and chances of relapse?
