First post (Sorry if long)hopefully I am just overthinking but at my wits end and feel like giving up trying to chase. 56 yr old female, I have had issues for 8 months now, started w intermittent pain/lump in upper and underarm + feeling constant nauseous, I was eating less and so started loosing weight....I went to GP after 3 weeks, he examined me and found a lump in breast, 2WW ref Breast clinic found 2 large cysts, drained and told simple cysts. I hadn't has pain in breast prior but glad sorted. still had pain and occasional lump pain under arm but left it another month, Still loosing weight, struggling to eat so constipated, but would follow with watery stools. went back to GP she said as I was on Omeprazole they wouldn't do stool test unless i stopped taking it for 2 weeks I take double tabs due to GERD, so refused as would be too painful and as i have lung condition could cause issue there. So she said she would monitor........skip forward another 4 months and now I have very Painful wind with pain when I pass it, weight loss of 4 stone, mucus in poo, my poo could have normal and watery straight after, really thin or small balls often ridged. Constant feeling that havent finished and need to go again. And then I felt a mass when i wiped, it was a lump inside that felt a bit like a hard stool but large and spread around Anus and perineum. It is more pronounced when sat on toilet but i can feel the heaviness when walking. I go back to GP she thought might be rectal prolapse, 2wRef to colorectal she also requested a CT scan due to weight loss. Saw Colorectal surgeon he was quite dismissive said Not prolapse need to wait for CT scan and wasn't happy GP hadn't done FIT test. Had Scan, results said Nodules in lungs but no other concerns, although bowel incomplete as no Prep done. 5 days after scan results Colorectal said no further ref back to GP. Then I had bleed was red blood both in water, stool and on tissue, happened 3 times so i called my GP said been sent back to GP all symptoms still same but now blood in stool as well but intermittent. She sent Reff to general unknown cancer team. They requested FIT test. I said it was intermittent but did it anyway. Only scored 7 so classed as Negative. I have had Polyps removed in past so thought i might be offered a Colonoscopy. But no as FIT negative that's it apparently no further treatment. I am confused I havn't had any answers my family and friends are concerned at my weight loss and they want me to keep pushing but I am tired and feel ready to give up and just wait for any further symptoms. But surely I need answers for the mass at least ?
