Evening everyone,
had a CT scan late December and received a call last Tuesday saying it had shown some enlarged lymph nodes and they be pushing on my ureter. I’m going in tomorrow for some bloods and a chat.
The closer it gets the more nervous I am about what’s up. I appreciate people want to be careful about saying what this might be here but I’m just looking for maybe things to ask when I go in. Is this common? Or is it the beginning of the journey all over again?
Cheers, Paul
Hi Wingsuit
You may have just been unfortunate to have reactionary lymph nodes at the time of scanning but they would normally suggest some form of scan like a Pet to see what is actually going on .
I would ask if they would regard it as a normal pathway for a spread and is there a surgical option if there is any concern .
Wishing you all the very best .
