Gastric cancer

I've had CT scan found 3 enlarged lymph nodes and inflammation of small bowel had fit test positive results..does this mean I have gastric/stomach/small bowel cancer ? I originally went to AnE with upper back pains,spasms, cramps and pain around my right rib area.i thaught I had kidney stones. Now I've been referred on a urgent 2ww for gynecology as well as Gastroenterology..I'm confused
