Hi
i had heard that there was a cancer forum for stage 4 diagnosis.
is there a link please?
Thanks
Hi Court
As far as we were aware my husband was stage 3 no spread to other organs but in lymph nodes but the surgeon has just written an email to the professor who will operate saying stage 4. Very confused.
That is odd .

Just putting this staging link up .
Sometimes people get the T4 for tumour thickness and Stage 4 confused . T4 with localised lymph nodes is still stage 3 .
A stage 4 spread is noted under the M for metastatic disease .
But they generally tell you were it has spread to . You could give our helpline a phone and they will decode it with you if that would help .
