Think I have cystitis and start radiotherapy on Monday

I started having some symptoms of cystitis yesterday and have tried to flush it out by drinking lots of fluid, with some progress. I start radiotherapy on Monday and concerned that this will delay treatment. If not better by tomorrow I will probably have to call NHS 24 and see if I can get antibiotics.

Can you be on antibiotics during radiotherapy?

Hi Court,

Thanks for that. I'm not sure if I will get anyone at the radiotherapy department over the weekend, but I'll try calling them tomorrow. If not I'll try the helpline.
