I am having MRI tomorrow and cannot get my wedding ring off, will they still be able to do it?
Hi APT I don’t think I had to remove mine but maybe any necklaces and earrings? Page 6 in this booklet seems to say wedding rings are ok?

I’ve never had to remove mine but just to warn you it might buzz a little!
I’ve had no issues leaving my mens gold wedding bands on during scans, including MRI. I mentioned it beforehand, and the techs gave it a quick check—no problem keeping it on, especially since it wasn't near the scan area. I know some places suggest removing all jewelry, but in my experience, as long as it’s not magnetic and not in the area being scanned, they’re usually fine with it.
