Hello,
Just thought I would update on a question I had had previously asked regarding reaction to XELON infusion.
I had a severe sickness and diarrhea reaction on cycles 2 and 3, my consultant changed the pre meds for cycle 4 and it worked.
I had Dexamethasone the day before chemotherapy, then again as pre-meds, along with Netupitant.
I hope this will be helpful if anyone else suffers with sickness.
Take care.

Thanks for the update JEL and good to hear that the change in meds has been successful. We always recommend talking to the nurses and trying different meds if the first one given doesn’t work and you’re a great example of just that!
Take care
