I've just had a look at recent scientific publications and it seems that there are positive results with low dose aspirin (80-300mg daily) and turmeric/curcumin (I take about 3g/day, but difficult to say what is the optimal dose). Vit D levels seem to have an effect on prognosis but trials haven't shown any benefit with supplements for risk of recurrence. Here are some links:

thank you 

I asked my doctor as well she said she can not tell me to take  as no protocol for that but I can if I wanted and I think regarding Aspirin 75 mg a day it’s ok. Cod liver I was told by dr protect my liver. I got cod liver oil with turmeric tablets as well.

I read your profile 

I am waiting result for my second CT scan for lungs as first one showed solitary tiny/ small nodule in my left lung ( I think 3mm) , they told me in the beginning nothing to worry as it could harmful , my report has not been ready before I met my oncologist as my due to do post surgery chemo Capox for 3-month. 
should I chase them for my report

Might be wise to get expert advice re. taking aspirin over a long term, as even low doses can cause stomach ulcers.
