Sore PICC line

Hi Doris58. I seem to remember that mine was a bit tender sometimes? I found it to get sore once where they had fasten it all in under the big patch and the cannula bit was digging into my arm so they put a bit of padding under it the next time. I suppose all you can do is mention it at your next infusion and hope they’re a bit more sympathetic? 

My PiCC line was also tender some days - bit difficult to sleep with my chemo Pump attached for 5 days at a time, as Karen says they can add a little padding under the canulla and that should ease it. Xx best wishes.
