Hi all, I'm due to start Capox on the 7th and I've been told I will have steroids as well. They said it would help with the treatment but will make my blood sugars higher. I have type 2 diabetes which is diet controlled and I've never had any issues. I don't really understand what the steroids do and I can't find and information when I've looked so far. Can anyone share any links with me please so I can read up?
thanks Claire
Hi Doris 58. I’ve attached a link to the Macmillan page about this and you could a,so post in the Ask a Nurse section?
