After successful colorectal surgery on May 12 2023, thank goodness!. I am doing my best to look after myself,healthy eating.excercise etc. My mental health has suffered also, some bad days,some good days
Hi @Calamity Jane and a warm welcome to the board. You sound to be on the right track after your op but please remember that you’ve been through a lot and don’t be too hard on yourself. Perhaps you could have a chat with your GP about how you’re struggling mentally with it all? The support desk would also be more than happy to chat with you - the number is under my name below

Hi Calamity Jane , just remember that it is still fairly early days from your surgery, and the brain seems to take longer to catch up with what's happened due to the whirlwind of diagnosis and treatment. Take care
