Does anyone have any experience with an abscess that keeps flaring up meaning antibiotics are required please? It’s delaying treatment and I just want to know if it’s possible it could go away.
Hi. This is going to sound weird but is it an external or internal abscess? I had an infected internal collection of fluid after my op which they sometimes referred to as an abscess?
Thanks for response. I’m guessing it’s external as it’s on their stomach. They haven’t had any operation. Because it keeps flaring up it’s interfering with their treatment. I just wondered if it’s possible it may go x
Oh I see. It’s hard to say really as I’m not medically trained nor know the circumstances of the abscess but I really hope it starts to heal soon and their treatment can begin
