Just wanted to say that the feedback I have heard on the forum is a subgroup of patients gain stability with it and for those patients it’s the reason Nice fund it .
However others report problems with fatigue and other side effects .
We did have someone who used to post and her husband had been on it for over a year and found it tolerable . I guess it’s quite individual.
