Hi
I was diagnosed in 2004 with colorectal cancer. I have a an ileostomy but on a regular basis have a discharge from my anus. Is this normal now after all this time
Hi Eamonn
I’ve read that this can be common, you may find that by joining
Ileostomy, colostomy, urostomy and any other stoma support you will have lots more of advice.
The Stoma support group really helped me
Take care
Ann
Hi
I was just wondering if you did post in the stoma group you may have tips from others also I think it’s helpful for other members that have the same in future posts. There’s differences between colostomy and Ileostomy’s, loop and end so it would be interesting to also get some advice from the medics here
Best wishes
Ann
