After I completed the CT Scan last Friday, followed by the MRI Monday It is a wait now till the MDT meeting on Good Friday. So I will hear from specialist nurse as to treatment outcome best for me.
This week's wait is not a good time as different thoughts just keep rolling through my mind, some positive but many of them negative and dark. Has this been same for others? And if so how have you found best way to deal with this?
I know it is cancer but don't know how far it has got but if slow growing just pray it is not too far. Has anyone else have thoughts about more spiritual side of things to help in being stronger and more positive?

I wonder whether exploring Tai Chi, Qi Gong and / or Yoga would be of interest to you? There are also spiritual and mediation wellbeing + resilience forums you can do free online, thanks to a cancer charity.
I liked the concepts of positive chakra energies at a time of uncertainty. I felt i had nothing to lose and possibly everything to gain by being curious + trying.
And if nothing else, it a blissful few hours of distraction.
