Hi Bop I used to get a horrible burning feeling so used sudocream or a nappy cream afterwards. You could try wet wipes instead of toilet paper and I’ve even resulted to using the dry wipes that I had for my stoma when I’ve got really sore then disposed of in the bin in a poo bag, Haemorrhoid cream can also help as it has a slightly anaesthetising effect.
Do you keep a food diary? Might be worth trying in case it’s a specific food causing the burning? Hope this helps but you could try posting on the stoma reversal board too?
Ileostomy, colostomy, urostomy and any other stoma support
Take care
