Another 6 months have passed, & I had my latest CT Scan last Saturday. I can't remember how many I've had in the past 3 years. I still can't get used to the dye passing through the cannula & the awful feeling it produces!

The day was dreadful - weather wise. I normally drive, but decided to take the bus, which mean't an hour either side of the appointment. So, bus for 15 miles, & lots of waiting around...It was not a nice day, & the busses were bone shakers & very cold.

& now, another week or two before results.

Cancer diagnosis can be very wearing!

Oh yes Mariannne - they always promise you that you haven’t wee’d yourself but it certainly feels like it and then the funny metallic taste too! Fingers crossed your results come through quickly

I hate the one that tastes of coffee, don’t like coffee.
have just had a scan less than a week for the results. All is fine just waiting to have a sigmoidoscopy cancelled due to strike

Funny that sensation makes me laugh. I wait for it and i see the funny side. But I’m always happy to not leave a wet patch
