I actually got to see my scan results from end Nov and read
The report which was interesting it just says a stable 5mm nodule on the apex lung didn't even know it was in my lung 
I knew about two nodules but deep at the back of my stomach towards my back he said but no mention if them and no abnormalities found in liver.
So we came awsy feeling positive for now.
More good news my daughter starts cabin crew manager training 27th Feb for flybe so that was nice news.
