I wonder how many people on this site have had to deal with cancer, whilst living alone?
In my experience, I have got home after my initial Major Op. then another procedure a year later...Having to make a cup of tea, then resume life as best I could....but it was not easy doing it alone.
I'm not saying 'Woe is me,' I'm just saying, that it's hard - when living alone.

Hi Marianne,
I have great respect for you. If I had been living on my own with no support when I got home from my op and then going through chemo, I honestly don’t know how I would have coped.
So I think you should put your proud of yourself hat on.
