Was níce, A couple of Sausages, with onions & a Jacket Pot, with lots of butter & Parsley. Was hoping to shown a Pic. but can't seem to do it here.

Sounds just the perfect meal to get you through winter .
We had a nice curry . Had mum up for tea so sent her home with some for tomorrow night . My way of ensuring she is getting enough protein !

Also baked a few cakes and a tray bake to put in the freezer for Christmas .
Did try a nice quite pasta dish the other nice which involved Boursin cheese roasted with tomatoes and mixed into the pasta . I am sure it was a bit calorific but tasty with some chilli flakes .
Saw it on my friends Instagram ! I had made it before with feta cheese but the Boursin is definitely creamier .
Love meal ideas as sometimes you just can’t think !
