Finished capecitabine and radiotherapy a week ago had very lose bowel and my poo is yellowish orange is this normal and bun feels like it's burning when I go thanks helen
Hi Bop, had the same treatment as you, my bowel was a bit lose, not watery, that was all that I had to cope with. If you’re worried maybe get in touch with a Macmillan and they will steer you in the right direction. Sorry I can’t be of anymore help then that. Wishing you a speedy recovery,xx

Hi . Yes a burning bum is not nice. I apply a nappy rash cream to ease the sting. Radiotherapy carries on working for several weeks after finishing (hence the delay before scans) but hopefully things should settle down soon.
