Stage 4 terminal secondary bone cancer and the weight is slowly dropping off. Before diagnosis was coming in at 124 kg weight , now down to just under 100kg. Any suggestions gratefully received regarding high calorie smoothies or something else to keep the weight steady
Is it too early to wish everyone a merry Christmas?.

I'm sorry to read that you're struggling to maintain weight. I don't have any experience with this, but wondered if you had spoken to your hospital team about it. You might also find this information from Macmillan helpful about help if you have lost weight.
Merry Christmas!
