There's so much to say but in all honesty I just want to check that you're OK and I'm OK. Had bad news again today after 18 months of more bad news
Dear Cinders73,
I'm OK and I hope you feel OK too having put yourself on here. Although, I'm afraid you probably aren't after 18 months of bad news.
I am an atheist, but there is a famous prayer that sometimes comforts me in hard times which goes something like this:
'Grant me the serenity to accept what cannot be changed, courage to change what can be changed, and wisdom to know the one from the other.'
I address that to myself to remember that whatever I am facing, I can deal with it. I hope you can find something in it to help you too.
All the best,
